Over the 10 days you will:
- Be clear-eyed and honest about your own habits with that self-assessment tool that I will provide for you
- Receive daily emails from me with educational content and small "homework" assignments
- Challenge yourself to learn and identify what incremental, impactful change(s) you can make right now, and which ones you table for another day or season
- Have three (3) webinars to kick off, check in, and wrap-up with me and the challenge community where I do some teaching and you have the opportunity to share your wins and your challenges
- Have a chance to win some prizes I.e 2025 Sleep School bonus) as you progress in the challenge :)
- Be prepared with the diagnostics you will need to take your sleep re-training and treatment planning further in my 6-week course in that will open January 28, 2025
Everyone who joins us in this challenge will have the early bird opportunity to move on into my deepe-dive 2025 Perimenopausal Sleep School: A re-Training Course. This 6-week course that will be offered in 2025 will include a whole lot of science, research, and directed content about hormones, sleep, and perimenopsause, weekly classes with me, accountability exercises and closed discussion group, key guidance for working with your provider(s), and special rates for sleep support products and services. Since I want this to be a really supportive experience, I plan to keep the enrollment limited. If this one passes you by, you can always get on the waitlist!
